STRETCHLOCK利用規約Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STRETCHLOCK browser extension ("the Extension"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.
1. The service
STRETCHLOCK helps you pause distracting websites until you complete a short stretch break. The Extension runs locally in your browser and does not require an account.
2. Free of charge and "as is"
The Extension is provided free of charge and on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or browser configuration.
3. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Extension at your own discretion and risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, productivity, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension.
5. Your data and privacy
The Extension stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Extension, including its name, logo, and code, is the property of its developer and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ブラウザ拡張機能 STRETCHLOCK（以下「本拡張機能」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本拡張機能をインストールまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本拡張機能をご利用にならないでください。
1. サービス内容
STRETCHLOCK は、短いストレッチ休憩を完了するまで気が散るサイトを一時停止する拡張機能です。本拡張機能はブラウザ内でローカルに動作し、アカウント登録は不要です。
2. 無償提供および「現状有姿」
本拡張機能は無償で、かつ「現状有姿（AS IS）」および「提供可能な範囲（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。いかなる種類の保証も伴いません。本拡張機能が中断なく動作すること、エラーがないこと、すべてのウェブサイトやブラウザ構成と互換性があることを保証しません。
3. 保証の否認
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害を含む、明示または黙示のあらゆる保証を否認します。本拡張機能の利用は、利用者ご自身の判断と責任において行ってください。
4. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、本拡張機能の利用または利用不能から生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害、ならびにデータ・生産性・利益の損失について、当方は一切責任を負いません。
5. データとプライバシー
本拡張機能はすべてのデータを端末内にローカル保存し、個人データの収集・外部送信を行いません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 知的財産
本拡張機能（名称・ロゴ・コードを含む）は開発者に帰属し、関連法令により保護されます。本規約は、当方の商標やブランドに関するいかなる権利も利用者に付与するものではありません。
7. 本規約の変更
当方は本規約を随時改定することがあります。重要な変更は、上記「最終更新日」を更新することで反映します。変更後も本拡張機能の利用を継続した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
8. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠します。
